More than basic take-out, less fuss than a catered event – simple foods prepared to order, packaged for easy pick up or delivery, ready to serve and enjoy.

Food Bars

Indulge in a feast of endless possibilities with our customizable food bar catering! Whether it’s a wedding reception, corporate event, or family gathering, our food bar offers a delightful array of fresh, flavorful ingredients for you and your guests to craft and personalize the perfect dish. A food bar can offer guests an interactive and personalized dining experience as well as the freedom to tailor each dish to individual tastes and dietary needs.

Nacho Bar: Ground beef or chicken, melted nacho cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, fresh or pickled jalapeños, tortilla chips, *guacamole
Chili Bar: White chicken chili or red beef chili, cornbread, fritos, flaming hot cheetos, shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese, tomatoes, pickled onions, green onions, red onions, fresh or pickled jalapeños, avocado, cilantro, limes
Taco or Fajita Bar: Ground beef or grilled chicken or steak, sauteed veggies, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, raw onions, cilantro, flour or corn tortillas, salsa, sour cream, *guacamole
Pasta Bar: Spaghetti and alfredo noodles, marinara and alfredo sauce, meatballs in red sauce, grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, steamed broccoli, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic bread
Loaded Potato Bar: Bacon, sloppy joe ground beef, cheddar, butter molds, broccoli, tomatoes, green onions, red onions, fresh jalapeños, sour cream
Candy/Cookie Bar: Oreo cookies, m&m’s and candy hearts (can be customized given proper notice), reese’s, starbursts, skittles, gummy worms, oreos, chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, oreo truffles, yogurt or chocolate covered pretzels and jelly beans (customizable flavors given proper notice)
Cupcake Bar: Vanilla and/or chocolate cupcakes with vanilla or chocolate frosting, rainbow sprinkles, gummy worms, m&m’s, toasted coconut, heath bar pieces, resee’s pieces, crushed oreos, and peanuts

Owner & Chef

Meet Chef Megan Mentzer, the heart and soul behind our Louisiana-inspired culinary adventures! Hailing from Baton Rouge, Megan brings the vibrant flavors of the South right to your doorstep and shows her infectious southern hospitality to anyone who crosses her path.

She has worked almost every position in the Food & Beverage business with over 20 years of experience. Her passion for Cajun food runs deep. NOLAs menu displays her scratch-made vibes anywhere you turn! Megan resides in Sheridan with her partner, Joseph Decker, their son, Dash (2), her step daughter, Myra (6), 3 dogs, and 13 chickens.

Pearl Wood

Baker Extraordinaire

Pearl “Mama Pearl” Wood is from Tensleep, Wy. You may have seen her cruising around town in her 79’ VW Westfalia Camper bus!

Mama Pearl is the mother of 4 and mother-in-law to Megan. She is a very talented baker who’s widely known for her lemon meringue pies! Watch out folks, this woman is a powerhouse of talent
